What happens after you get in touch
Within one working day you hear from an engineer — not a salesperson. A 45-minute call establishes whether the problem is one we should take on. If it is, a written proposal follows within five working days. If it is not, we say so and, where we can, point you to someone better placed.
What we need from you
Access to the people who live with the problem. Honest constraints — budget, deadline, regulation. A decision-maker who can attend the fortnightly review.
