Kanishka — Chief Executive Officer
Kanishka is the Chief Executive Officer of Developer Office, Bedrock Ventures and CloudCoder, and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer of HRock International. He has led enterprise software delivery for more than twenty years across financial services, insurance and infrastructure clients in the United States and United Kingdom, and has built products used by hundreds of thousands of people.
His work spans AI and agentic systems, fintech and trading systems, legal tech, proptech and cybersecurity, with particular depth in the Cloudflare ecosystem and in Sri Lanka's legal and financial regulatory frameworks. He is the author of the Human-Guided Responsible AI philosophy that shapes every Developer Office AI engagement.
