Fillall fills the same government form for a hundred different people at once. Find the form in the library, hand over one spreadsheet, and collect one finished PDF per row.
Why we built it
Accountants, immigration practitioners and administrators fill the same form hundreds of times a year, by hand, and the job is boring in a way that causes exactly the mistakes that matter. Fillall exists so that row 1 and row 10,000 are rendered identically, and so that a bad row is flagged and set aside rather than silently mangling a filing.
What it does
- A library of real forms.
- Over a thousand forms organised by country and department — IRS, USCIS, CRA, the DMVs and growing — each versioned with its own base PDF and a matching spreadsheet template so the columns already line up. [CONTENT REQUIRED: current form count]
- Every form checked by a human.
- Before a form enters the library, a person verifies every field against the original.
- Three steps.
- Upload the sheet, confirm the column-to-field mapping once (it is remembered), download the stack as a single zip.
- Data that is not kept.
- The spreadsheet goes to encrypted storage and is read row by row in memory; values are discarded after rendering and the file is deleted after the run. The audit trail is kept; the personal data is not.
- An API for your stack.
- Everything in the app is a JSON REST endpoint; API access is granted on request during the founding period.
